Where heritage is honoured not through replication, but through precision.

The Gymkhana classics, long-perfected and signature dishes which always remain on our menus.
Kid Goat Methi Keema, Salli, Pao
A favourite street food of the Bombay Irani community, Keema Pao is served in some variation at every Gymkhana club around India. On our menu, the goat mince is slowly braised with fenugreek, garam masala and tomatoes, topped with crisp straw potatoes for a textural change. An always enjoyable moment of the dining experience, guests then load the soft, buttered pao at their leisure.
Wild Muntjac Biryani
Born from humble beginnings in the camps of Mughal soldiers, this dish found its way to the tables of the royal courts. A nod the British tradition of venison rearing, Gymkhana's Biryani uses tender muntjac venison, slow-cooked alongside fragrant spices, onions, tomatoes and rich saffron rice; together cooked under a delicate golden pastry. Opened tableside, to preserve every aromat and flavour until the very last moment.
